How pricing works

No packages, no per-seat licensing. You pay for a defined outcome, scoped after we understand your operation.

Priced per engagement

There is no rate card. Two RCM teams with the same headcount can need completely different work, so we put a number on your project only after a discovery call, once we know your systems, your workflows, and what “done” looks like.

You approve the scope first

Before any work starts you get it in writing: the outcome, the timeline, and the price. If something needs to change mid-engagement, you hear it before we do the work, never on the invoice.
